60-Day Guarantee

You have 60 days from the date of your original purchase to request a refund. This gives you a full two months to try Erexafil and decide if it is right for you.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email our support team at support@geterexafil.com or call +1 323-287-9624 within 60 days of your order.
2. Include your order number and the reason for your refund request.
3. Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization and the return address.
4. Ship back your bottles (used or unused) — customer is responsible for return shipping.
5. Once the returned package is received, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Return Address

Do not ship returns to your product package address. Please email us first to receive the correct return address for your order.

What Is Refunded

You will receive a refund of the full purchase price of the product. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
