Erexafil ships primarily within the United States. Select international destinations may be available — contact support@geterexafil.com for availability outside the US.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately, and a tracking number as soon as your package leaves the warehouse.
Standard US delivery is typically 5–7 business days after processing. Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons or in remote areas.
Every order includes a tracking number so you can follow your package to your door. If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, please contact our support team.
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact support@geterexafil.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
